Crop Mobbin’ at The Farm of Minnesota

TWIN CITIES CROP MOB AT THE FARM OF MINNESOTA

HOSTS: Farmer Dan Moe and Family

WHEN: Saturday, August 7 – 10 am to 5 pm

LOCATION: The Farm of Minnesota, near Hutchinson, MN

FOOD: The Moes have graciously offered to provide us with grass-fed burgers. Black Cat Natural Foods of Minneapolis will provide a veggie option, salad, and sides.

We’re looking for 10-15 people to volunteer their “crop mob” services for a day at this wonderful CSA farm, about an hour west of the Twin Cities.

What we’ll be doing on this crop mob:

From Farmer Dan, “The job to do is help find the asparagus.  This can easily be hand work because this is a new field. We have two lakes on the farm and where the asparagus is planted so people can enjoy a wonderful view of one lake while they work. We have five geese on the farm who love to be fed dandelions.
