Owner of Rock Spring Farm in northeast Iowa, Chris runs a successful CSA, delivers produce to the Rochester Downtown Farmers Market, and for the last ten years, has been co-coordinator of the annual Organic Farming Conference in La Crosse, WI, the nation’s largest conference for organic farmers and producers. This will be a great opportunity for readers to hear from a guy like Chris, who’s dedicated so much of himself to raising local, clean, nutritious food for his community.
